Create an account here in posterous and add twitter service using your twitter account.
And you can add as many services as you want (facebook, twitter, plurk, etc.), all in one status update!
Hope tweetitow will support MMS for attaching pics in posterous..
But so far, its so cool. I can now revive my karma-deprived plurk timeline.. hahaha
